Elizabeth Michaels is the CEO and founder of FVL a software training and consulting company headquartered in New York City. Elizabeth brings over 16 years of experience working within the legal environment. She has been project manager, trainer, floor support, and helpdesk for the largest law firms in the world and has developed technical documentation on a broad scope of software. In addition to leading the FVL team of trainers, curriculum developers and eLearning specialists, Elizabeth travels to client sites around the world providing technical training, project management and consulting services. Elizabeth's extensive knowledge, commitment to excellence, and team spirit contribute to FVL’s continued success.
Deborah Young, Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Deborah Young brings over 25 years of partnership sales and marketing expertise to FVL. She has managed National Sales and Partner Marketing at MCI, and was a National Customer Service Manager for WorldCom. Deborah developed marketing programs for companies like the NASDAQ Stock Market, The US Naval Academy and the National Associates of Securities Dealers. Deborah also brings sales experience from various sales marketing and Senior Management roles at Cordia and Event Rental. Deborah has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola University in New Orleans and consults for the Small Business Development Center. Deborah is responsible for all sales and marketing functions and developing partnership alliances worldwide.
